Warranty Procedure

  • Cutting the cord will void the warranty. Modifying the cord on any electrical item will void the warranty due to the potential for damage and electrical risks.

  • Furthermore, we cannot test or diagnose the pump once the cord has been cut.

  • Running the pump dry will also void the warranty.

  • This is standard procedure for all pump and electrical item brands in the industry.

Return Policy & Full Refund Details

We offer a 2-Year Warranty and accept returns for a full refund of the product price and associated sales tax within 10 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Deductions & Fees:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an item shipped incorrectly by our company.

  • The refund amount will be reduced by any non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor.

  • Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to a defective product or an item shipped incorrectly by our company.

Restocking Fee (20%):

Returns of used items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the product price. A returned item is considered used if:

  • The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.

  • The item shows visible signs of wear or has been installed.

  • Any accessories or manuals are missing.

Defective or Damaged Items & Warranty Shipping

  • Defective/Incorrect Orders: If a return is due to a defective product or an item shipped incorrectly by our company, we will provide you with a return shipping label and issue a full refund, including original shipping.

  • Warranty Shipping: For manufacturer repairs or warranty replacements (not initial defects), you are responsible for the shipping cost to send your item(s) to the manufacturer for further assessment.

  • Limits of Responsibility: If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Connie’s Pond and Koi, LLC., will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
